Our Warranty

We offer a refund to those looking to return our products within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in the same condition they arrived in. We will refund the price of the product but are not responsible for return shipping.

We will replace any part that has a manufacturing defect.

Blue Anodize: This process is not cosmetic, it is to make the inside of the tube smooth and hard. This process involves racking the tubes and moving them to various tanks. All of our tubes will have evidence of this racking procedure. This is not a manufacturing defect. Variations in color are normal, even on the same tube. Be aware that anodize can chip and scratch through normal use and that is not a manufacturing defect.

Shipping

Shipping cost is included in the price of all products.

We try to ship all orders same day or next day from our shop in Kentucky. Delays may occur for any number of reasons but we always try to ship everything out as soon as we can. Sometimes it may take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks if we are waiting on parts.

You will receive an email for tracking when your order ships. If you have not gotten an email with tracking information then your order hasn't shipped yet.
